2025-06-10 Clothing check out Hello folks, Nickie Allen is doing the clothing check out for the event this year. (It has been kim the last 6 years). Those that do not have their own clothing items, please get signed up quickly if you have not already done so. (It was a link on the big email that was sent out on June 2)... but here is the link again... Normally we have 2 full time people in the pavilion (Sheila and Karen), but Karen is only able to help a couple of hours in the morning of the first day, so we can NOT have everyone showing up on the first day needing their outfits... sorry, two hands can only do so much and we love Sheila too much to do that to her! :) We will have the clothing at the pavilion on the 2nd, but even that day is a bit crazy, so a bunch coming at once will need to WAIT (and that is no fun).
